  • We are committed to being a practice where counseling is accessible so we accept many insurance plans. We are currently accepting United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

  • We reserve a number of reduced fee, or "sliding scale" opportunities if costs are a barrier to services. These spots are reserved for those in financial need.

  • Your first few meetings will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit. You will be asked questions about your background, current presenting concerns, and goals for therapy. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the therapy process, as well as discuss a plan for treatment. If for some reason we are not a good fit, you will be provided with trusted referrals.

  • We kindly ask that you provide your therapist with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Any cancellations less than 24-hours or “no-shows” will be charged the full session fee.
