Our values

  • Non-judgemental listening ensures that you feel valued, respected and listened to. By listening with an open mind, we can adopt an attitude of acceptance, genuineness and empathy.

  • A collaborative approach to therapy gives you a deeper meaning and understanding of yourself, your live, and any challenges that might be standing in your way. Walking alongside you, we create a framework for exploration, discovery, change.

  • As your therapist, our goal is to be present, responsive, and real. By being true to ourselves, we can assess what is needed so that a productive working relationship can emerge.

Hi, I’m Jennifer

My favorite part of being a therapist is hearing your story. In our work together, you will feel cared for, supported and empowered to embrace healing changes in your life. As a therapist, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings including schools, community mental health agencies, and private practice. I use a combination of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to assist with healing wounds and helping clients fulfill their unique potential.

Starting therapy is an important step in becoming and feeling your best self. We all struggle in life, but we are not meant to do it alone. That is where I come in - I offer a safe space to work through whatever you are dealing with. A place where you can feel heard and understood. We will together work to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Most importantly, we will build on your strengths so you can learn to apply them towards healing, growth, and change.

Hi, I’m Kristine

Therapy provides an opportunity for individuals to learn and grow personally with the help of a supportive professional. My compassion and authenticity create a safe environment for my clients to achieve personal growth and hope for a brighter future. I approach each client on an individualized basis and strive to empower, support and strengthen their well-being and mental health.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, infertility, and grief. My goal is to support clients as they process past and present difficulties while also learning to implement effective skills for healing and change to occur in their life.

Some seasons are more difficult than others and you do not have to do it alone. It's important to have support. It can be frustrating to find the right therapist. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can see if we would be a good fit.
